Sell my house in negative equity in Bristol

How Stuart was feeling stuck and looking for options of how to sell my house in negative equity in Bristol. Stuart’s situation was very similar to many home owners who wonder how can I sell my house in negative equity in Bristol, Birmingham or Swindon and looking for companies who will buy my house quick. Stuart bought his house in Bristol about 10 years ago with a usual 10% deposit and an average mortgage.  With the house prices rocketing he decided to borrow more money on the house to do a kitchen extension first and later a loft conversion. No doubts after the work was finished, the house got a lot bigger and the development had put more value on the house. Unfortunately however at the same time the houses prices collapsed, which turned his house into negative equity property. There would be no problem if Stuart wanted to carry on living in the property, however he got divorced and they both just wanted to move out and start new lives separately. They tried to sell the house on the open market with estate agents, however the house was on the market for more than a year, but didn’t sell. Stuart realised the house value was less than he owed on the mortgage by about 10,000, so he started to look for options of how can I sell my house in negative equity in Bristol. That how Stuart came across Quick house Buyers. “ I tried to sell the house via an estate agent for about a year, which didn’t work. I started to look for options on-line of how to sell my house in negative equity in Bristol and I came across QuickHouseBueyrs.co.uk.  I had a conversation with Dasha and I said that I wanted to sell my house in negative equity in Bristol.  The solution she suggested seemed reasonable to me, as  it allowed me to move on and I didn’t have to pay the shortfall between the mortgage and the house price. I made the decision to take this option, which is great, as it solved my situation. ” “We believe there is solution to any property problem” To your happines Dasha...

Need to sell my house for cash for the wedding

Thinking to raise cash from the house sale? There are different reasons why people need to raise cash, could be to buy a new car, to pay the debts off, to pay for education, to emmigrate to another country. James decided “I need to sell my house for cash to organise the wedding”. They have been waiting for the big day for a few year and with one issue or another, they had to delay the event due to the lack of money. With house prices going down for the last few years, James thought he couldn’t wait for the house prices to go up and decided to sell his investment house now to raise the cash for his wedding. James decided “I need to sell my house for cash to organise the wedding” James’s story: “I bought my investment house a few years ago, expecting to make a good profit, but unfortunately  the house price dropped back to what I purchased it for. We have been thinking about our wedding plans, but due to financial reasons we kept delaying it, so finally me and my wife decided we need to sell my house for cash to organise the wedding. We put the house on the market with an estate agent,  spent a few months showing the house to potential buyers, dropped the price a couple of times, but didnt’ get anywhere.  We couldn’t drop the price any further, as the whole idea to sell was to get a reasonable lamp of cash. When I got Dasha’s leaflet through my door, I was intrigued, as why would she buy my house for the price no one else offers?  I called her and explained that I need to sell my house for cash. We met for a chat. Her offer made sense to me, so we agreed there and then. The whole sale took no more than 6 weeks, and we got what we wanted! So, it’s great we met,  I don’t know what we would do otherwise....

I absolutely adore my home, but I need to relocate due to life changes, and the best option for me would be to sell the flat.  However in the last 3 years the value of my flat went down by £20,000, so I realised that my home worth less than I owe on it! How can you sell your property in negative equity? All I knew is that I had to pay the shorfall between the value and the mortgage, but I didn’t have the money. I also didn’t want to rent it out for a long period, as I had to move away and didn’t want any extra concerns. I felt completely stuck! This is when I met with Dasha and realised there is another way to sell your property in negative equity, so I can sell my flat and move on! Stop house repossession

How Elly’s family was facing repossession, but managed to stop it and sell the house. Elly’s story: “My husband lost his job. We started to miss payments on the mortgage as it was more important to feed our 4 kids. My husband was looking for a job for more than a year without any success, so we were getting more and more deinquent on payments. We borrowed more money just to get us through the difficult period and at the same time decided to sell the house to solve our financial problems. After a few months the house was  still unsold and the  lenders were demanding the money and sending letters of defalult and penalties and finally we recieved the court order. The situation became unbearable – we were so stessed, we started to argue, which never happened before….. We were so close to an end, but luckily, our friend recommended us to talk to Dasha. We already had a repossession order on our hands, so we didn’t think we could stop repossession and sell the house, but we were happy to try anything!  And, as a result we stopped repossession, sold the house and didn’t ruin our credit...

Landlord selling rented house

How Mark sells his investment house for a full market price and avoids more expenditure from rental income loss and house renovation. Mark’s story: ” I decided to sell my rental property to support my retirement.  I tried the traditional way first and put my house on the market with an estate agent. The house was on the market for a year and a half without any result! During this year I dropped the price twice from originally agreed and moved from one agent to another, but still no result. I had to get rid of tenants, as they were causing problems with the viewings. so my rental income also stopped. After they left I realised that I needed to renovate the house if I wanted to get a good price on the market.  Plus during the last year house prices went further down, so I lost another £8,000. I felt really frustrated, as the house started to cause a lot of stress instead of a happy retirement…. When I had a chat with Dasha I was pleased to learn that I don’t need to do any renovation and I can get a full market price, so I was happy to go...

Cant pay mortgage, need to sell my house

How John and Mel cant afford to pay mortgage and credit cards and have to sell the house to get out of payment difficulties. John and Mel story: “We bought a one bedroom , rundown property and made it our building project, which seems a good idea after watching so many Building programs on TV. We spent a few years renovating our house, turning it into a 2 bed house with a modern-looking open space living area, new kitchen, new bathroom and an extra bedroom. We put a lot of time and effort into our house, but also we had to borrow more money to keep feeding the project. Our initial goal was to complete the renovation and sell the house, making enough money for us to move into a bigger place. With market going down we couldn’t sell our house for months, even after dropping the price significantly. The house just wouldn’t sell!  The situation was really getting tough, as we were struggling to pay our mortgage and other debts. We felt very dissappointed after putting so much into the house, we were unable to get the money out and got ourselves into the payment difficulties. We had a chat with Dasha and we were relieved to find out that the sale can be organised fast and our nightmare can be stopped: we don’t have to pay the mortgage and debts any more and we can make a fresh...
